Delamain Heavy Sprung Tubular Mortice Latch available in Polished Brass, Florentine Brass (shown) and Stainless Satin.

Supplied Singly with matching strike plate, forend and screws.

Architectural quality suitable for commercial and domestic use.

Ideal for both sprung and unsprung handles.

Drilled for bolt through door handles (except DL5025 2.5") so suitable for bolt through or standard handles.

If you need 2.5" drilled through, the only alternative is standard sprung BTL1 (Electro Plated Brass)/BTL2 (Nickel Plate).

Latch is easily reversible (with a simple twist) to suit left and right hand door applications.

Choice of 64mm (2.5"), 76mm (3"), 102mm (4"), 128mm (5"). Measured from door edge to end of latch.
