Post & Packaging
All items are normally sent using couriers (although we reserve the right to send via Royal Mail if we think it is appropriate). All deliveries will need to be signed for so you may wish to have your order sent to a work address if that is easier.
To save time and stock, most orders are sent to you direct from manufacturers or wholesalers. These orders will be sent by the suppliers own couriers and we are unable to provide tracking details at the time of dispatch.
PLEASE NOTE
If delivery is refused or returned to us after multiple attempts at delivery without success, you will be liable for the full delivery costs that we incur including the cost of it being returned to us.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
Until the UK government can sort themselves out, we are no longer able to guarantee a delivery cost for shipment to the European Community. You will be liable for any local taxes and duties
Depending on the items ordered we can normally deliver to non-UK addresses. You will be charged an initial deposit of £65. If the actual shipping cost is higher then we will contact you before dispatch.
You will be liable for local custom charges, duties and any other local charges. All oversea orders are special order and you cannot return or cancel items.
Please be aware that any customs duties or taxes that we are charged for items returned to us from international destinations will be deducted from the refunded total. This includes consignments rejected on delivery.
